At KerberRose, our spirit of community is strong; giving back to the communities we live and work in is an essential part of our philosophy. Our firm supports, sponsors, and participates in numerous charitable events. Our staff members devote their time and energy to various nonprofit organizations, chambers of commerce, schools, youth activities, and clubs. We are excited to have staff who are as active in their communities as they are at work. By serving on boards or volunteering their time and talents, our team members experience the satisfaction of volunteerism and witness the impact one individual can have on an entire community.

In the 1980s, three like-minded practitioners in Shawano, WI, shared a vision of offering proactive, personalized tax and accounting services to local individuals and businesses. This shared commitment led to the founding of Fellman, Rose & Kerber in 1989. The idea was simple, but powerful:
