Accounting Assistant – Green Bay

KerberRose, CPAs is seeking an enthusiastic Accounting Assistant.  KerberRose is a rapidly growing CPA firm with 9 locations in Northeast WI.


Job Responsibilities:


As a part of our Accounting team, you will assist us in delivering outstanding services to our small business clientele such as:

Write-up services

Payroll Processing

Payroll reports

Sales tax preparation

Financial statement preparation

Assist accountants with client projects

Assist with processing client financial information

Some clerical duties as needed





Minimum of 1 year of general office/clerical experience

Unique aptitude for figures and problem-solving

Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail

High level of professionalism

Bookkeeping skills, general knowledge of payroll and sales taxes is preferred

2 year accounting degree or equivalent experience

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred

Previous experience preparing 1040 tax returns is preferred, but not required
