Announcement: New Managing Shareholder

Locally owned KerberRose Certified Public Accountants is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Ruby, CPA/ABV/PFS/CGMA to Managing Shareholder effective June 1, 2018. With an astounding 28 years of experience within KerberRose and the accounting industry, Mr. Ruby was selected by the firm’s shareholders to lead the growth and expansion throughout Northeast and North Central Wisconsin.

“We are pleased with the decision to officially announce the management change within the firm,” said David Kerber, founder of KerberRose. Mr. Kerber has been managing and operating KerberRose since the firm’s inception in 1979. Over the past thirty years, the firm has expanded its geographic reach, increased the number of clients served, as well as adding a significant staff to meet the needs of clients. “Although I will be retiring from managing partner duties at the firm, I will still remain active on an accounting level. I look forward to seeing where Michael will take the firm in the coming years.”

Michael currently manages 23 accountants and team members at in the Green Bay location of KerberRose. Michael holds the following certifications and designations: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), a Personal Finance Specialist (PFS), and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He also leads the firm’s Business Development Team, sits on the Executive Committee, and is active in the local community.
