KerberRose Technology, the technology division of KerberRose, has been acquired by Sprinter IT, a long-time accounting client of KerberRose and leading provider of business, technology and security solutions based in Wausau, Wisconsin. This agreement is effective as of September 3, 2024, and will include KerberRose Technology team members, clients and assets.
The integration of KerberRose Technology into Sprinter IT will provide clients access to a larger, more dedicated team of technology professionals. This partnership enables KerberRose to focus on growing its accounting and advisory services, while enhancing the value and support provided to clients through Sprinter’s expanded IT capabilities.
The long-standing history of accounting services provided by KerberRose to Sprinter IT has strengthened their partnership, making this a trusted business decision for both companies.
