KerberRose Adds New Firms in Wisconsin and Michigan
Two new firms have joined KerberRose effective December 1, 2020. This includes Klismith Accounting & Tax Group, S.C. in Plover, WI joining KerberRose and Scott Ciullo, Inc. dba MI Retirement Guys, LLC in Marquette, MI joining KerberRose Wealth Management (KRWM).
These two firms joining KerberRose strengthen KerberRose’s presence in Northeast and Northcentral Wisconsin – and now in the Upper Peninsula – to a total of 13 locations. The agreement with Scott Ciullo, Inc. dba MI Retirement Guys, LLC also marks KerberRose’s first office outside of Wisconsin.
Plover-based Klismith Accounting and Tax Group, S.C., established by owner Tom Klismith in 1988, has offered personalized accounting, tax and financial advisory services to business and individual clients with a focus on their motto, “We’re more than your accountant, We’re your personal business advisor.” Tom and the firm’s nine employees will become part of the KerberRose team.

Scott Ciullo, Inc. dba MI Retirement Guys, LLC based in Marquette, Michigan joins KerberRose Wealth Management as another arm in its financial advisory and retirement plan services. The firm offers retirement planning, financial advisory services, life insurance planning, estate planning and plan sponsor consulting.
Scott Ciullo has been the majority owner of the nationally recognized firm since 2012 and he has more than 30 years of experience in financial services. The Marquette office has a total of five employees, who will integrate into KerberRose’s staff.
KRWM currently services 401k plans in the Upper Peninsula region, and the joining of these two firms will act as a complementary extension of KerberRose’s own Trusted Advisor retirement and investment services.
