As KerberRose’s Shareholder-in-Charge of Human Resources, Melissa is responsible for creating innovative ways to engage all employees and establishing the culture, systems, and training that will develop leaders and empower employees to rise within their profession. Melissa provides consulting services to local businesses in the areas of leadership development, recruiting, compliance, state/federal employment regulations, and wage/hour considerations.

When she is not reading employment law updates or immersed in a community project, she is improving an old family soup recipe, boating on Shawano Lake with her son, watching re-runs of The Office, taking runs with her 110 pound puppy, and sipping white wines and dark, bold coffees.
